Show Me FAPE LLC is not a law firm. We are not attorneys. Nothing on this website, in our services, or in any communication from us constitutes legal advice. We provide educational advocacy information, plain-language explanations of federal law, data tools, and advocacy support. If you need legal advice or representation, please consult a licensed special education attorney.

3. Our Services

Current services include: Free 15-minute consultation, IEP Document Review (paid), Data Explorer (free public tool), and email list (free). Additional services will be added for the 26-27 school year.

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Squarespace's commerce platform. Prices are in USD. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Contact hello@showmefape.com within 7 days of service delivery. No refunds after a findings report has been delivered and the debrief call completed.

5. Confidentiality

Information you share about your family's situation is treated as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. Note: Show Me FAPE LLC is not bound by attorney-client privilege.

6. Accuracy of Information

Data is sourced from NCES, OSEP Annual Reports to Congress, and CSEF, and updated annually. Calculator and data tool results are for illustrative purposes only and should not be the sole basis for legal, financial, or advocacy decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on showmefape.com is the property of Show Me FAPE LLC and protected by copyright. Content is proprietary and may not be reproduced, described, or published in any form without explicit written permission and proper citation from Show Me FAPE LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show Me FAPE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis, Missouri.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
