We collect information you provide directly to us, including contact information (name, email, phone, state, district), case context you choose to share, purchase information processed by Squarespace (we do not store payment card information), and your email address if you sign up for our Mailchimp list. We also collect standard analytics data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and anonymized, aggregated information to determine impact and/or to be responsive to broader trends in educational advocacy.

We use information to respond to consultation requests, send you information you signed up to receive, process service purchases, improve our website, improve our products, improve our services, determine impact, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We share information only with Web3Forms (consultation form processing), Mailchimp (email list management), and Squarespace (hosting and commerce). We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to parents, guardians, and caregivers — not to children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information you share about your child is used solely to provide services and is never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.

6. Data Retention

Consultation form submissions are retained for as long as needed. Email subscribers are retained until unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@showmefape.com.
